"My only complaint was that the pillows were hard and uncomfortable for my liking. Pack your own pillow if you can. The rooms were clean and quiet. For a small hotel, the fitness center is well-equipped with an excellent treadmill, bike, stepper and universal. The pool and hottub looked nice. The continental breakfast of cereals, breads, fruit/juices, coffee closes at 10:00 a.m. sharp. This hotel is literally right across the road from Casino Rama."

"At the breakfast in the morning they were out of coffee and when they replenished this they were out of cups. It doesn't seem like it would be that difficult to anticipate the #'s based on how many people they had registered as adults."

"Would recommend only if utilizing the casino. Otherwise not convienent to core of Orillia. Would be helpful also if the linens fit the bed. The staff was more than helpful in trying to fix but fell short on the bedding department."
